• 6 months promotion applies only to new Landlords and the property needs to be managed by us for a period of 12 months.
• Other fees over the 6 month duration is still applicable.
• Promotion also applies to currently managed properties also and there is no limit to how many properties you can bring across under this promotion.
• Promotion is valid for any new instructions until the 30th of April 2021.
